Formed started as just a vision from God to create a space for likeminded people to go and honor the Lord and honor their bodies it is the first faith-based gym in Florida, created with a deeper purpose than just fitness. It’s designed to bring people together in a strong, uplifting community where individuals can grow both physically and spiritually. Built on a foundation of faith, Formed is a space where movement becomes a way to honor our bodies and glorify God, while encouraging one another along the journey.
